Would you pay for a dead duck?

It's quackery, but that's just what thousands of Internet marketers are doing daily.

They're investing in dead ducks - throwing hundreds of dollars away in wasted advertising revenue and worthless promotional opportunities. No doubt you've done the same.

Even when investing in "guaranteed visitor" advertising and pay-per-clicks, money is flowing out of your pockets quicker than water through a hose pipe and you're left dazed, confused and just plain broke. Where did it all go wrong? Where are all the sales? Where's the money?

There is a solution. Here's how I make a full-time income with no hands-on work

Let's get right to the point. You have a product to sell (whether it's your own or an affiliate opportunity) and you want to know how to create more sales. What it takes to create those sales is targeted and directed traffic. But the dilemma is, where do you find that traffic?

I learned long ago that the best kind of traffic always follows these two points:

- The traffic is targeted and focused... i.e. people who want to buy your product
- The traffic is made up of proven buyers who are ready to make the purchase

General people hitting on your site won't make the blindest bit of difference. So you need to zoom right in on your target market (i.e. people who are looking for what you can offer)

So what's the answer? Waiting 2-3 months to get your website listed in the search engines, only to find that you're at # 23,484 won't help - neither will investing in hundreds of dollars worth of so-called "Internet marketing secrets" ebooks only to find the strategies are light-years out of date. And you can sure as heck bet that throwing $500 or more at a time to get a small trickle of visitors from banner ads probably won't tip the proverbial scales in your favor either.
